Business Profile

In 2018, I started as a full-time HR & Payroll Manager with Clentec. My main duties include monitoring employee orientations, inputting data to prepare for monthly payroll, and seeking new talent for our team. I currently oversee 100+ employees and am in charge of overseeing administrative duties and improving the company's systems. I received an Award in Employment Law from the Malta Employers’ Association in 2019.
