Since joining Salvo Grima Group in 2008, I have been working closely with global players in the international trade and distribution sector, building on my passion for international relations and travel. This journey has involved representing major international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturers, dealing with challenging situations, setting up structures, adapting to local cultures and developing a mindset of continuous improvement and building successful teams in Malta, Rwanda and Libya.

I was appointed General Manager – Distribution & Travel Retail in 2019, focusing on the distribution of FMCGs and travel retail across markets in Europe, North and East Africa. In 2023, I was promoted to Group General Manager (Distribution) extending my duties to include new markets and projects within the Distribution industry, with overall responsibility over our growing number of markets and brand representations.

I have a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Relations and a Master of Business Administration.
