With nearly 30 years of experience at multinational transport companies FedEx and CMA CGM, I have integrated the various facets of global shipping operations into my work ethic – emphasising strategic planning, execution, and team motivation.

As the Commercial Manager for Malta, I have led the transformation of our commercial operations through the implementation of new digital platforms and AI capabilities. This digital transformation has significantly enhanced our strategy formulation, enabling robust target setting across our commercial offerings, while also improving sales and target management. Our operational capabilities and capacity management tools now offer near real-time response times, ensuring we remain competitive and efficient.

In addition to my role at CMA CGM, I serve as the Chairman of the Logistics and Supply Chain Business Section of The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry and I am also an active committee member of the Association of Ship Agents. These positions allow me to leverage my leadership skills to influence and shape the future of the logistics and supply chain sector in Malta.
