Alongside my co-founders, I lead the world's largest and fastest-growing EdTech accelerator. Our goal is ambitious: to accelerate over 1,000 companies by 2025. Situated in Malta, our operational centre of excellence serves a dual purpose: facilitating the global operation of our accelerator and spearheading efforts to establish Malta as a leading EdTech ecosystem by attracting 150 EdTech startups in the coming years.

My background includes developing startup ecosystems in Asia. I bring together academic rigour (holding the world's first PhD in FinTech Regulation) with entrepreneurial spirit (pioneering early startup ecosystem development) to create value for entrepreneurs, policymakers, corporations, and investors. With a deep passion for education, I've impacted over 100,000 individuals through my courses, books, and research papers. I'm also a sought-after international keynote speaker, addressing topics such as startup ecosystem development and the crucial issue of founders' mental health.
