Business Profile

As an entrepreneur rooted in hospitality, I’m motivated by a desire to uncover untapped market opportunities. Driven by passion and motivation I seek to build a diverse range of forward-thinking and successful hospitality ventures.

In my role as Director of Hospitality and Care at AX Group, I oversee a distinguished portfolio of seven hotels and 22 restaurants renowned for exceptional standards and guest service. Properties like Rosselli AX Privilege, AX The Palace, and the Michelin-starred Under Grain, showcase the AX Hotels brand excellence. Drawing on my hospitality background and passion to foster positive change, I bring a renewed focus on care and excellence to our thriving healthcare brands.

I hold a BSc in International Hospitality Management from the University of Wales and a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Centre International de Glion. I serve on the Executive Board of AX Group and have held various leadership roles within the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association and the ITS Board of Governors. Beyond business, I chair the AX Foundation, dedicated to promoting positive social impact and supporting individuals living with invisible disabilities.

My efforts have been recognised with the Gold Award for Leader in Quality Tourism and the Bronze Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the Malta Business Awards in 2023.
