I am an accountant by profession and hold the role of Partner at Grant Thornton, specialising in capital markets. I assist clients in raising capital from the Main Market, Institutional Securities Market, and Prospects MTF Market. The clients span various industries such as property development, pharmaceutical, shipping, utilities and retail amongst others. Apart from traditional bonds, in 2023, I was part of the team which raised the first Green Bond in Malta. Apart from listing the bonds, I also offer continued support, offering guidance post-admission to our clients.

Beyond leading the Capital Markets team, I also lead other engagements within corporate finance, and these include due diligence assignments (local or cross-border, buy-side or vendor due diligence assignments), valuations, impairment analysis of goodwill or property (tangible or intellectual), business plans, feasibility studies, restructuring strategies and IFRS technical advice. Prior to joining GT, I gained valuable experience at two Big 4 firms.
