Business Office Services International (BOSI) is a Luxembourg-headquartered company servicing international clients with flexible office space globally. I joined BOSI in 2016 and was tasked with completing the Malta-based business centre and commence local operations. Eight years later, BOSI Malta continues to grow from strength to strength with high levels of customer retention and customer experience. I retain the overall management of the business centre and meeting facilities and, supported by an extraordinary support team, ensure that our customers continue to enjoy the excellent service that has distinguished our offering over the past years.
