Business Profile

Initially a Process Engineer at Carlo Gavazzi, I was later appointed Operations Assistant Manager, coordinating the production floor. In 2011, I joined Adpro-Instruments as Production Manager, focusing on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, moving to the German mother company, UWT, in 2015, implementing and improving process layouts. In 2017, I was appointed General Manager of Adpro-Instruments, focusing on employee involvement and empowerment, resulting in an employee-oriented organization and thereby improving performance and attracting new business. The UWT GmbH Group has in January 2023 decided to assign me the role of Managing Director at Adpro-Instruments Ltd.
