Business Profile

Consistent corporate identity, good governance and staff well-being across Salvo Grima Group are my responsibility and I head the Group’s busy Human Resources and Compliance teams in Malta. I am also one of the Directors of subsidiary company SG Management Services.

Salvo Grima Group operates in seven countries and now employs more than 230 people in the distribution, ship supply, international wholesale and retail sectors, which makes it a dynamic and interesting place to work.

Before joining Salvo Grima Group in 2016, I was Head of European Contracts at University College London in the UK, specialising in grant-advisory services, international project planning and contract negotiation. I also previously worked as Senior Manager (Training, Communications and Evaluation) at the EU Structural Funds Managing Authority in Malta until I moved to London in 2008.

I hold a Master's in European Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Malta and a Project Management qualification from University College London.
