Consistent corporate identity, good governance and staff well-being across Salvo Grima Group are my responsibilities and I head the Group’s busy Human Resources and Compliance teams in Malta. I am also one of the Directors of subsidiary company SG Management Services.

Before joining Salvo Grima Group in 2016, I was Head of European Contracts at University College London in the UK, specialising in grant-advisory services, international project planning and contract negotiation. I also previously worked as Senior Manager (Training, Communications and Evaluation) at the EU Structural Funds Managing Authority in Malta until I moved to London in 2008.

I hold a Master's in European Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Malta and a Project Management qualification from University College London.
