I am a Partner at KPMG in Malta, leading the Deal Advisory team which I joined in 2007. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience supporting local and international clients, including family businesses in diverse industries. My expertise spans valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, strategy, and the development of business plans and turnaround plans. Over the years, I have also taken a leading role in local and cross border vendor and buy-side due diligence assignments for clients operating in various sectors. Furthermore, I have been instrumental in helping clients secure debt and equity finance through the local capital market. I hold a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta and an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from Cass Business School, London. To further enhance my ability to support family businesses and tackle their unique challenges, I earned the STEP Advanced Certificate in Advising the Family Business.
