ClearFlowPlus plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Water Services Corporation, is forecasting revenue of €2.1 million for FY2025, matching the figure achieved in FY2024.

This stability is underpinned by a diverse range of services linked to reverse osmosis plants including after-sales support, desalination solutions, sewage treatment operations, laboratory testing, IT services, and the sale of spare parts.

The primary driver of the company’s revenue remains its waste management operations, which accounted for 39 per cent of total income in FY2024.

According to a new Financial Analysis Summary published on the Malta Stock Exchange, administrative expenses are projected to rise to €530,000 in FY2025. This modest increase of €62,000 over the €468,000 recorded in FY2024 is attributed mainly to higher directors’ emoluments and reflects ongoing corporate requirements.

ClearFlowPlus is also projecting a net profit of €758,000 for FY2025, representing a profit margin of 35.6 per cent. This marks a slight decline from the €1 million net profit reported in FY2024, which equated to a margin of 48.3 per cent.

Earlier this year, ClearFlowPlus published its FY2024 financial statements. The company is also the issuer of Malta’s first-ever green bond, launched in 2023, a milestone in the local market.
