Benny Grech Pillow, beloved founder of Benny’s Antiques, has passed away at the age of 82.

Tributes have poured in on social media following the announcement of his passing. In a heartfelt Facebook post, his son Pierre Grech Pillow said that "he departed this world with the same grace, strength, and dignity that he lived by calm and surrounded by care and compassion."

“He was a gentleman and a great friend,” one commenter shared. Another wrote: “Known him all my life… such a nice man.” Others described him as “well respected by all” and someone who “leaves behind many happy memories and shall be forever remembered by the many people whose paths he crossed.”

The funeral cortège will depart from Casa Antonia in Balzan on Saturday, 21st June at 8:00am, proceeding to Balzan Parish Church where a Mass to celebrate his life will be held at 8:30am.
