CC Finance Group plc on Monday announced that its subsidiary, Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd, has entered into a promise of sale agreement to sell Palazzo Valdina.

The property, which is numbered 14 and located in Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli in Valletta, is being sold for €3,150,000. An initial €315,000 was paid on the execution of the promise of sale agreement, while the remaining balance, amounting to €2,835,000, will be fully settled upon the consideration of the deed of sale.

The property was built in 1576 and has 20 rooms, eight of which are bedrooms, which surround a courtyard that provides natural light. It is spread across 1,200 square metres with room for this to be increased. It is structurally converted and has sea views of the Marsamxett Harbour. The building still has a number of its original features, including very high ceilings, wooden beams, stone slab floors, fireplaces, and an untouched spiral staircase or garigor.
