Merging his Medicine Degree together with an MBA from the University of Lancaster, David Grech is the Medical Director of a leading Cosmetic, Medical & Surgical Clinic in the heart of Sliema, Clinica Joia. Having spearheaded the introduction of Cosmetic treatments over the last 25 years, he tends to be an early adopter focused on innovation management.

"In order to remain competitive, it is crucial to always stay a step ahead and act in a timely manner," he tells WhosWho.mt.

David completed further studies at Master’s degree level at the Edward de Bono Institute for Creative Thinking & Innovation with research focusing on the latter, particularly Blue and Red Ocean thinking, on which he also advises corporate clients.

"At Clinica Joia, together with our team of healthcare professionals, we have expanded their offering to include Plastic Surgery and General Surgery along with cosmetic dermatology treatments which have defined our practice for the last two decades," he concludes.
