Having been in the ICT industry for over 20 years, working in different sectors such as banking, gaming, hospitality and manufacturing, Brian Micallef had the opportunity to see how technology can be shaped and applied to make business process work more efficiently, no matter the industry or what the pace of change is. 

In 2018, he joined the senior management team, heading the IT department for both The General Soft Drinks and The Waterfront Hotel.
