Together Gaming has successfully completed its €12.5 million bond issue, with the entire amount subscribed by existing bondholders.

Following this, trading of the company’s outstanding existing bonds will resume on the Malta Stock Exchange from Thursday (today).

The company had earlier announced its intention to offer new bonds during the first quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approval. On 31st January 2025, Together Gaming confirmed that the bond issue had been fully subscribed, and the basis of acceptance was outlined.

Following the completion of the bond issue and the closure of the period for the Existing Bond Transfer, the Board of Directors has now confirmed that trading in the remaining outstanding bonds will resume.

The newly issued bonds carry an interest rate of 6.25 per cent and are unsecured and callable, with a maturity period extending between 2030 and 2032.

As part of the offering, existing bondholders were given the option to exchange their previous €14.76 million 5.9 per cent unsecured bonds (callable between 2024 and 2026) for the new bonds.

Together Gaming plans to use the cash proceeds from the bond issue to redeem an equivalent amount of outstanding bonds on 22nd July 2025, which aligns with the next scheduled early redemption date in the original bond prospectus dated 21st June 2019. The company has previously stated its aim to utilise additional cash reserves to redeem all remaining outstanding bonds on the same date.

Together Gaming is a cloud-based platform solution provider licensed in multiple jurisdictions. It powers over 50 brands, including Bethard. The company was previously a subsidiary of Gameday Group before being acquired by Swedish iGaming firm Cherry With Friends AB in January 2024.
