With over 27 years in global insurance, Andy Wright combines Board-level leadership with deep regulatory expertise across multiple European jurisdictions. As the former CEO of a Gibraltar-domiciled insurer and Head of the UK Branch (CEO) of Tesla Insurance Ltd, he has built and scaled insurance operations from the ground up, navigating FCA, MFSA, GFSC, and BaFin regulatory frameworks at Board level.

Mr Wright currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Zego Insurance Ltd and is Co-Founder of Resnova, an insurance consulting firm specialising in insurtech, automotive OEM insurance strategy and cross-border regulatory frameworks. He is also Co-Founder of Conseleo, a RegTech SaaS Board Intelligence Platform, designed to make boards more effective.

His Board-level experience spans corporate governance in regulated environments, pricing and underwriting oversight, and EU passporting and market entry structures.

Mr Wright is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, and was honoured with the Freedom of the City of London in 2023.
