Simon Stilon is the owner and operator of the 500-space Sliema Multi-Storey car park, which provides various parking services to the public as well as to corporate clients.

CC Car Parks plc also provides ancillary services aimed at making client-visits more useful, such as car washing , laundry and dry cleaning. Further, it leases luxury office space to corporate clients.

In fact, apart from the car park, the company also leases commercial and office space. The commercial space is situated at the ground floor level of the car park and the new office space, covering a total footprint of over 2,000 square metres, was added on the new levels 6,7 and 8.

A car wash as well as a laundry and dry cleaning facility are also available.
