Having started his working experience from a very young age in his father’s sole trading enterprise, Kevin Tabone was exposed to all aspects of a business. “However, I decided that, to match my ambitions and feel challenged, I wanted to be involved in a larger operation and Fino more than matched my aspirations,” he admits.

He worked his way up, joining the company in a junior clerical role and, along the way, involving himself in different areas of the business. He now also handles the company’s overseas ventures.

“As a company, we pride ourselves in being leaders and aiming for a higher, better level of service in whatever we do. Leading is a challenge as you are required to not only maintain but also create and be innovative. And it is this challenge that drives both myself and the company,” Mr Tabone asserts.
