Microsoft and the Government of Malta have recently announced an Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiative to help modernise public services. As part of this plan, leading local technology firm ICT Solutions has been selected by Microsoft as a key partner to help roll out AI services across the public sector. This collaboration centres on deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI productivity tool, to thousands of civil servants and ensuring they can use it effectively.

Microsoft has chosen ICT Solutions as its local partner for the first phase of the Copilot adoption project. In this role, ICT Solutions will provide high-level adoption sessions and run workshops on real use case deployment for public service teams. By leveraging its expertise as a Microsoft Data & AI Solutions Partner, ICT Solutions will guide government employees on how they can deploy Copilot into their daily business processes.
