Pierre Mallia is the Founder of iMovo, a CX, ESG and digital advisory firm headquartered in Malta with remote teams in Portugal, Italy and Lebanon.

iMovo has worked with hundreds of business clients around the world including Tesco, Dr Schar, Zendesk and many others. The company is a leading partner of major technology providers such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Qlik, Talend, Tableau, UiPath, Microsoft and Ethicsgrade.io.

"Prior to iMovo, I founded the Maltese subsidiary of Microsoft as its Country Manager. I was responsible for the signing of a vertical strategic agreement with the Maltese government as well as managing the relationship with major entities such as utilities, airlines and financial institutions. During my time with Microsoft I also worked with the Microsoft outreach team in Brussels and was involved in designing programs targeting European start-ups and SMEs," Mr Mallia explains.

Prior to Microsoft, he was engaged with a number of start-ups in the areas of media, travel and custom solutions. This was preceded by a number of years working in technology with the public sector in a range of areas including tax, social security, civil and vehicle registration and police. "I was also a co-author of the National Strategy for IT (1994) and the Government Information Strategic Plan (1998-2001), which saw the launch of eGovernment services in Malta," Mr Mallia adds.

He is also a graduate in Computer Science having studied at Kingston University in the UK.
