Ruben Caruana is the Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Intercomp, one of Malta’s leading IT companies offering a wide range of high-end professional services and cloud solutions.

After starting his career working in various companies where he was responsible for technology deployment, he then evolved his career to business development and sales enablement. He also worked with Microsoft, being responsible for helping enterprise customers locally with their digital journey.

“I love working with customers and guiding them on how to use today’s technology in order to achieve their objectives. The way I do this is by looking at the specific business problems and tailor-making customised solutions to address those requirements,” Mr Caruana explains.
