Paul Borg Bonaci is the Managing Director of Elia Caterers, a distinguished third-generation family-run business in Malta.

“My journey within the company began at a young age, where I honed my skills in cake decoration. Over the years, I progressed through various roles, including Sales and Marketing Manager, which, ultimately, led me to my current position as Managing Director,” he says.
