I am Paul Borg Bonaci, the Managing Director of Elia Caterers, a distinguished third-generation family-run business in Malta. The company has flourished, providing exceptional catering services for a variety of events. We are proud to offer two beautiful venues: Giardini Lambrosa in Rabat and Villa Overhills in Birżebbuġa, which serve as perfect backdrops for both intimate gatherings and large celebrations.

My journey within the company began at a young age, where I honed my skills in cake decoration. Over the years, I progressed through various roles, including Sales and Marketing Manager, which ultimately led me to my current position as Managing Director. With a commitment to excellence, Elia Caterers specialises in catering for events of all sizes, offering both in-house services at our venues and outside catering to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
