Kenneth Vella has been appointed as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Bulgaria in Malta.

Mr Vella is a Partner at Vella & Associates, an established accountancy and corporate services firm.
With vast experience in financial management, he previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at JB Stores Group of Companies, where he was “instrumental in leading the company's financial strategy and operations.”
Beyond his primary work in accountancy and corporate services, Mr Vella is also involved in the hospitality and property sectors, leveraging his financial expertise in these dynamic industries.
Additionally, he is a partner in a recruitment firm, playing a key role in workforce solutions and talent acquisition, and holds shares in several other local businesses, broadening his professional reach.
