Nicholas Parnis England commenced his career in 1994 at the Edible Oil Group of companies, which is the parent company of Food Industries Ltd.

“I was mainly involved in restructuring the company from a manufacturing and import operation of foodstuffs and detergents to one focused on the retail sector, namely becoming franchise owners of Holland Barrett in Malta. Holland & Barrett International is one of the world’s leading health and wellness retailers and we currently operate eight stores in Malta and Gozo,” he explains.

Mr Parnis England is also an active Board Member of other Parnis England Group companies involved in shipping, logistics, transportation, export, manufacturing and importation.
