When Monica Incorvaja first joined Consolidated Biscuits Co. Ltd, she occupied the role of personal assistant to the Managing Director.

In time, she then progressed to Human Resources Manager, and has been working in the role since 2007.

The company is a local leading organisation in the manufacturing of biscuits and snacks, and currently employs 180 people.

In her role, Ms Incorvaja is responsible for the HR function, including recruitment and selection, people management, training and development, mentoring, performance management, industrial relations and collective agreement negotiations and health and safety, among others.
