Dylan Felice has been appointed Senior Manager within KPMG Malta’s Public Sector & EU Advisory team.

Mr Felice has been with KPMG Malta since March 2023, initially joining as Assistant Manager within its Public Sector & EU Advisory team. He was promoted to Manager in October 2024, a position he held for two years before taking on his latest role.

His work at KPMG has focused on advising clients on identifying and accessing EU funding opportunities, grant schemes and financial instruments, as well as supporting the preparation of applications and claims. His experience also includes project management and procurement-related work.

Prior to joining KPMG Malta, Mr Felice spent two-and-a-half years at EMCS Tax and Advisory. He initially joined the firm in October 2020 as Lead Associate – EU & Business Advisory, before progressing to Executive – EU & Business Advisory in April 2022.

Earlier in his career, he spent two years with EY Malta’s EU Advisory department, where his work formed part of the wider Strategy and Transactions Services practice. His responsibilities included market research for public and private-sector clients, procurement projects, financial development costing, and policy and project evaluation activities for government bodies.

Mr Felice’s professional experience also includes a recruitment internship with Konnekt between 2017 and 2018, as well as a temporary position as Liaison Officer during Malta’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2017.

He is a University of Malta graduate, holding an MSc in Public Policy and Strategic Management and a BA in European Studies with International Relations.

His professional interests include the development and implementation of public policy and strategy, alongside an interest in history.
