Consolidated Biscuit Co Ltd, which I joined in 1995, is a leading company in the manufacturing of biscuits and snacks, currently employing 180 people. As Human Resources Manager, a job I have been doing since 2007, I am responsible for the HR function, including recruitment and selection, people management, training and development, mentoring, performance management, industrial relations and collective agreement negotiations and health and safety, among others.
