When he joined M Recruitment Ltd in 2020 as an Operations Manager, Martin Spiteri took with him a wealth of experience and drove clientele to the business.

“I liaised and signed agreements with various hotels, restaurants, cafés, bistros and, later, with large retailers, grocery shop franchises, fashion retail, warehousing and engineering companies,” he says. Moreover, Mr Spiteri led the recruitment arm and is currently managing a team of three recruiters, all with international experience.

Highly motivated and having ambitious plans for the agency, he is persistent when it comes to closing a recruitment deal, while ensuring that both the candidate and the employer are satisfied with the collaboration.

Along with the Managing Director, he helps in devising strategy and in steering decisions in the best interest of the agency depending on the market conditions at the time.
