Until March 2023, Mark Fenech served as Partner responsible for the firm's Ship Finance Department.

“Over a span of 25 years, I have considerable experience advising a vast array of international banks/financiers as lenders/security trustees and Malta flag shipowners in different transactions involving the drafting/execution/registration of securities over Malta-flag vessels,” he explains.

Dr Fenech is now a consultant with the firm and provides legal advice on Maltese corporate law matters and specialises in the drafting of finance and security documents governed by Maltese law.
