Until March 2023, I was the Partner responsible for the firm’s Ship Finance Department. Over a span of 25 years, I have gained considerable experience advising a vast array of Malta flag shipowners and international banks/financiers in their capacity of lenders/security trustees in different transactions involving the drafting/execution/registration of securities over Malta-flag vessels and in transactions involving sales and leasebacks of vessels.

I now act as consultant with the firm and provide legal advice on Maltese corporate law matters with a special emphasis on the drafting of finance and security documents governed by Maltese law.
