French fashion retailer Kiabi is continuing to grow its footprint in Malta, with the opening of a new outlet in Gozo. The exact locality of the new store has not yet been disclosed.
The brand, known for offering affordable clothing for all ages, first entered the Maltese market in 2014 with the opening of its Qormi store. Two years later, a second outlet followed in Burmarrad, while a third was launched at The Point in Sliema.
The latest addition in Gozo marks the retailer’s fourth store in Malta.
Founded in Lille, France in 1978, Kiabi was built on the concept of providing fashion to suit all tastes and budgets. This idea quickly transformed the retail textile industry, paving the way for the brand’s international expansion.
Today, Kiabi operates over 500 stores in 15 countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Russia, and Morocco.
With the Gozo outlet, the retailer is expected to reach a broader customer base while also tapping into the island’s mix of residents and tourists.
