Having joined the family business in 2014, Karl Sullivan has worked his way up by gaining extensive experience in all the departments within the company.

"I have developed specialisation in the booking centre and vessel operations," Mr Sullivan shares, "and more recently I also ventured into the business development area of the company."

His interest and education in innovation business and strategic management has helped him to contribute to the organisation at a higher level, which has led to his recent appointment as Managing Director within the company.
