A graduate of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ian Casolani is a firm believer in the long-term potential of the local property market and, as such, has been regularly active in discussions with the government on schemes and policies related to the sector.

He notes that BELAIR Property is today “recognised as one of the leading players in the real estate industry, specialising primarily in the relocation of foreign nationals and companies to Malta.”

“Over the years, I have also been involved in various property developments both in Malta and overseas,” Mr Casolani says.

He is a founder and director of the International Property Fund, a professional investor fund licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Married with two children, he is passionate about sailing, which he makes it a point to enjoy during his free time.
