Andrè Bartoli joined The Westin Dragonara Resort as a Food & Beverage server whilst studying Hotel Operations at the Institute of Tourism Studies.

After finishing his studies, he joined the Events team as an Events Coordinator and subsequently moved to Sales where he had the privilege of working in various capacities, with his most recent role being that of Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing, primarily overseeing the transient and leisure segments of our business.

"As Director of Sales & Marketing, I now oversee the full Sales & Marketing function and provide day-to-day leadership to our team to achieve our sales objectives, with overall responsibility for achieving the hotel revenue goals," Andrè shares with WhosWho.mt.
