Business Profile

I joined The Westin Dragonara Resort as a Food & Beverage server whilst studying Hotel Operations at the Institute of Tourism Studies. After finishing my studies, I joined the Events team as an Events Coordinator and subsequently moved to Sales where I had the privilege of working in various capacities, with my most recent role being that of Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing, primarily overseeing the transient and leisure segments of our business.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, I now oversee the full Sales & Marketing function and provide day-to-day leadership to our team to achieve our sales objectives, with overall responsibility for achieving the hotel revenue goals.
