The Phoenicia Malta, a leading 5-star hotel located at the entrance of Malta’s capital, Valletta, last week welcomed Taryn Loots to its ranks.

Ms Loots joins the back-office team within the Human Resources Department as HR Administrator. Her career so far has seen her take on various admin and HR roles, from Executive Assistant with Regent Insurance, Executive Personal Assistant and then Graduate Administrator with PPS, Employee Relationship Administrator and later Employee Wellness Coordinator with Dotcom Software Solutions, to HR Administrator/Coordinator with The Phoenicia Malta today.

Announcing the appointment on social media, The Phoenicia Malta welcomed Ms Loots and shared their excitement about having her on board.

The hotel has been somewhat on a recruitment drive in 2021, having appointed Silvan Camilleri as Hotel Manager in February, Andrew Strickland as Sales and Marketing Director in July, and Antoine Mifsud as the organisation's new Food and Beverage Manager in August.

In Summer 2020, the hotel also reopened its doors to reveal fresh branding.
