Robert Debono has been appointed as new Chief Executive Officer of SD Holdings Limited, the investment arm of db Group, effective from October 2020.

Mr Debono will replace Arthur Gauci, who will be stepping down from the post of CEO, effective 30th September 2020.

Mr. Gauci will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of SD Holdings, together with other directorships within the group, while also taking up the post of consultant to the company.

The incoming CEO has been involved in the operations of db Group since 2014, becoming a member of the board of directors since 2015. “SD Holdings Limited affirms that the appointment of Mr Debono will ensure continuity and stability in the expansion and growth of the operations of the company”.
