I was appointed Chief Digital Officer at Bank of Valletta plc in September 2021. I am a member of the Executive Committee. I hold an MSc in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia of Stockholm University, an MSc in International Business (Public Policy) from Södertörn University in Sweden and a BA in Public Relations and Communication Policy.

I am a Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Innovation and Technology Executive. Between 2011 and 2016, I was engaged with Booking.com in the Netherlands, where I contributed to major digital initiatives. Before joining BOV, I held the position of Director of User Experience at Eurobank EFG in Athens, Greece.

My expertise extends across a broad spectrum of digital product management, specialising in Customer Experience, Voice of the Customer, Design Thinking, and Customer Journey Mapping.
