I was appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer at Bank of Valletta plc in November 2024, having previously occupied the role of Chief Digital Officer at the same organisation. I am a member of the Executive Committee. I hold an MSc in Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia from Stockholm University, an MSc in International Business (Public Policy) from Södertörn University in Sweden and a BA in Public Relations and Communication Policy.
I am a Digital Transformation, Digital Banking, Innovation and Technology Executive. Between 2011 and 2016, I was engaged with Booking.com in the Netherlands, where I contributed to major digital initiatives. Before joining BOV, I held the position of Director of User Experience at Eurobank EFG in Athens, Greece.
