My background spans more than 25 years in systems engineering, corporate IT architecture, executive technology leadership and consulting. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and I am pursuing an Executive DBA focused on organisational AI-use maturity and cybernetic control-plane methodologies. My work combines technical depth with business judgement, helping clients turn complex change into structured, practical and measurable programmes. At IDEA Consulting, I am particularly focused on building a consultancy practice that connects strategy, research, training and execution so that organisations do not merely adopt new tools, but develop the maturity to use them well.
