Business Profile

I am a public policy professional with extensive experience in skills development, governance, and workforce reform. My work has focused on translating policy concepts into operational frameworks, ensuring that skills recognition systems are evidence-based, practical, and aligned with industry realities.

I played a central role in the policy conception, research, coordination, and pilot delivery of the Skills Card initiative. This work began with comparative research and policy design, followed by extensive stakeholder engagement across public authorities, training institutions, and industry representatives.

I was directly involved in the implementation of the pilot project, coordinating inter-agency collaboration, supporting operational rollout, and addressing implementation challenges as they emerged. The pilot phase provided the foundation for the initiative’s evolution into a structured policy instrument.

Beyond the project, I have continued to contribute through board and advisory roles, ensuring policy continuity and alignment with broader national skills and workforce strategies. I currently remain engaged in this policy area in an advisory capacity.
