Business Profile

Following my appointment to Group PAC and HR Strategist I have been providing support to the CEO in the formulation, implementation and maintenance of the HR strategy, objectives, policies, budgets and other related responsibilities.

In my capacity as Public Affairs and Communications Manager I am responsible to provide strategic counsel on all issues relating to the public image and reputation of the company, the brands we represent, corporate, beverage category and ingredient reputation issues, with emphasis on regulatory and taxation issues.

I also provide leadership and counsel within the company’s Incident Management Crisis Resolution Team, ensuring effective management of incidents, identification and monitoring of potential issues in a manner that protects our consumers, employees, environment and company assets.
