I am a highly motivated, adaptable and result oriented management professional with vast experience in strategic regional and global customer management with multi industry expertise. I have an extensive experience in sales operations and development platforms, with a special focus on commercial strategies, forecasting, budgets, KPI fulfilment with root analysis and solution handling. As Commercial Manager of GSD Company Ltd, I am responsible for managing the company’s sales operations in order to meet the profit and volume goals specified by its strategic business plans and budgets. I also provide strategic direction and leadership for the sales and commercial services within the Sales Department and ensure effective leadership by enhancing communication and teamwork at all levels of the Sales and Commercial Department.
