Education and training are areas I have a deep passion for.

I was involved in setting up the CareMalta Academy in 2010, out of which Learning Works evolved in 2019, where I became the first Chief Executive Officer and Principal.

A company within the Vassallo Group, Learning Works focuses on training and education. Its training arm is set on the firm pillars that CareMalta established in 2010. The CareMalta Academy created a name for itself, associated with quality and success in the healthcare industry, by providing insightful courses for the sector.

Learning Works is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority as a Further and Higher Education Institution. It offers courses in health and social care, management, catering and hospitality, sport, languages and other courses for both local and foreign students, laying stress on flexibility. This institution offers courses from MQF Level 1 to MQF Level 7.

Its mission is to provide high quality education and vocational training with the aim of helping learners identify educational and career goals, develop the skills necessary to achieve intellectual and personal growth, and excel in their studies or area of specialisation. This enables them to ultimately secure quality employment and career advancement, and reach their maximum potential.

In 2023 Learning Works will be opening the first private sport school in Malta - The Mediterranean College of Sport - offering secondary and post-secondary education to student athletes.
