Business Profile

Over the course of my 45-year career, I have worked across several industries, accumulating invaluable expertise. I am a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in the United Kingdom. I hold an MA in Financial Services from the University of Malta and currently serve as CEO of AX Group, one of Malta’s leading diversified corporations operating in construction, development, healthcare, hospitality, and the renewable energy industries.

In addition to my role as Chief Executive Officer at AX Group, I also serve as a Director on the Board of a number of private, regulated and public listed companies both in Malta and internationally. Currently, I serve as director of Cablenet Communications Systems plc, AX Group plc, AX Real Estate plc, Nissan International Insurance Ltd, Novum Bank Ltd, Higher Ground Sicav plc, Together Gaming Solutions plc and Valletta Cruise Port plc.
