I am an ACA qualified Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Directors as well as a holder of the IoD Certificate in Company Direction. I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and hold over 16 years of professional experience.

I have over 14 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Alter Domus in London and Malta, specialising in asset management, particularly private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt.

I have significant and diverse experience in the financial services sector, including involvement in audits, accounting, controls assurance work, new fund launches, valuations, review of incentive schemes, depositary services and AIFMD compliance matters.

I also have technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, UK Listing Rules, AIFMD, FCA and MFSA requirements and of the regulatory frameworks in the UK and Malta.

I am also knowledgeable in private equity, infrastructure and real estate fund structures, and hold the IFSP Certificate in Trusts Law and Management.
