Upon completing my university education, I embarked on my professional journey with Print&Merchandise Malta. At the outset, my focus was on printing merchandise items and customising t-shirts to enhance our clients' experiences, whether through office onboarding packages or event merchandise. Engaging directly with clients and overseeing logistical operations not only sustained but also evolved the company into the powerhouse we are today. This experience has been instrumental in honing my managerial skills, and each day presents an opportunity for me to further enhance my capabilities. The continuous pursuit of improvement has empowered me not only as a manager but also in successfully venturing into new markets.
