Business Profile

With over 25 years in global insurance, I combine board level leadership with deep regulatory expertise across multiple European jurisdictions. As the former CEO of a Gibraltar-domiciled insurer and Head of Tesla Insurance Europe, I have built and scaled insurance operations from the ground up, navigating FCA, MFSA, GFSC, and BaFin regulatory frameworks at board level.

I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director at Zego Insurance Ltd and am Co-Founder of Resnova, an insurance consulting firm specialising in insurtech, automotive OEM insurance strategy and cross-border regulatory frameworks. My board-level experience spans corporate governance in regulated environments, pricing and underwriting oversight, and EU passporting and market entry structures.

I am a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Insurers, and was honoured with the Freedom of the City of London in 2023. I bring a practical, implementation-focused perspective to board discussions – grounded in having personally built the operations I now oversee as an NED.
