Currently CEO at Luxfair Real Estate, I specialise in sales, lettings and franchising. I have been involved in many large real estate deals, as well as opening franchises internationally in the UK, Dubai, Europe and MENA. I moved to Malta from London where I was Head of International for Chestertons.

Throughout my career, my franchising systems and business processes have helped many real estate offices increase their annual income by more than 20 per cent.

For Luxfair, there are very ambitious plans to have more than 30 franchisees within five years in Europe, then moving worldwide.
